IP location ...UK?!
So I reset my router and 2 of my games complained about login paterns. The one can't ID where my location is and the other simply doesn't. Speedtest logs me as London, UK. IP 105.x.x.x so what gives?

Congratulations. You have been upgraded to a first world country. Expect overcast and rainy conditions beginning tomorrow morning.

Re: IP location ...UK?!
I was able to pull your 105.237.0.0/16 address from the moderator control panel (this forum logs the IP address of each post), and after sending a WHOIS query to AFRINIC, I discovered that it belongs to MTN Business:
If your ISP is Afrihost, then this makes sense, as they've recently switched to using the MTN backbone instead of the Internet Solutions one.
As to why it's showing up as being UK based, I have a possible answer. The 105.0.0.0/8 block was allocated to AFRINIC on November 19, 2010; it was either previously allocated elsewhere and unused, and the block was handed back to the RIRs in an attempt to alleviate IPv4 address space exhaustion, or it was never allocated before that date. In any case, whatever service that is using your IP address for geolocation purposes is probably using an outdated geolocation database.
