Skyrim problems
I have been playing Skyrim for the past 2 days.
This morning when I selected 'play' from the startup screen, I got a message saying: do you want skyrim to make the following changes to your hard drive? I selected yes which led to steam saying that 'skyrim is loading' It then brought me back to the startup screen. I don't know how to fix this never-ending-loop.
Any advice?

Re: Skyrim problems
Stop using cracks?
Are you using Windows 7? Did you put the UAC on low? Are you running in admin mode?

Re: Skyrim problems
You need to activate your copy on steam. Happened to me once and activating it helped
Re: Skyrim problems
They patched the game so that it can't be run without Steam anymore, so what Tribz said.

Re: Skyrim problems
You might have to do it once or twice. The second time proved to be the charm for me
