Hi
I finished compiling and formatting an 83 page document this morning, having manfully laboured at fixing the page links yesterday [I was half asleep at the time.] What I noticed this morning is that I repeated myself to the tune of an extra fifteen pages. I deleted these, but this does mean that some of my links will not work as intended.
Do you know of any Word 2007 function that checks links [Excel has a formula auditor], or will I need to go through the document manually ?
The References, Review and Insert tabs on the Ribbon seemed like the obvious places to look, but I did not see anything helpful there.
Thank you

Re: Checking internal links in Microsoft Word 2007
According to Google, this free Word 2007 add-on can quickly find suspicious and broken internal links in Microsoft Word documents of any size.
As does this one, on Microsoft.com nogals.
But the first is free, not the second.

Re: Checking internal links in Microsoft Word 2007
Are you talking hyperlinks or linked data?
For linked data just select it and press the right mouse button - it will allow you to refresh or edit the links. If you select Links then you can move the link to the new location.
for Hyperlinks you just need to right click and select Edit hyperlink
