Cape Town power failure
Anyone else sitting without electricity at the moment? In Upper Woodstock; we're on generators right now. Hearing that Newlands and Tokai are also down.

Getting some more info in (from MyBroadband). CBD and Southern Suburbs are down. Some of the Northern Suburbs are down (Goodwood, Monte Vista), not sure about Bellville/Durbanville. West Coast suburbs (e.g. Tableview) still up.

Bellville/Durbanville seems untouched so far. Hope it doesn't spread. Not gonna be impressed if somerset west/strand/stellenbosch goes.

Looks like areas are slowly coming back up. (Generators are off again here.)
Unconfirmed, but appears to be a fault on the Muldersvlei/Acasia Eskom supply line. (Two supply lines, technicians were performing maintenance on one, second line then tripped.)
