Morning All,
So to help with costs I am having to rent out the flat that is joined onto the main house. Now I have never drawn up a contract like this before and I would just like to keep some input on what clauses should be in there? Also if someone is currently doing this what should I look out for? What am I getting myself into?
Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Go to private property's rental section, they have a nice lease template.

I still got my contracts from past renting. But I guess templates are easy to find around the interwebs.
I hope you get a good tenant. Apparently they are rare.

Make sure if you can't put a clause in there that alows you to shoot him/her/it if it does not pay and does not want to leave
