Acer Travelmate 8210 problem

Hi there all

I have a laptop that is giving me problems.

I formatted the hard drive and when i try to install windows it runs the install till it must restart, thereafter it goes on a restart loop. i cant get it to go past the windows logo
i5 2500k oc to 4ghz
MSI P67A-GD55
8 Gigs Corsair DDR3 1333 memory
Twintech GTX 570 1280mb 320bit DDR5
Coolermaster Haf 932 chassis
Zalman MFC 6 channel Fan controller
Coolermaster V6 GT
Aerocool V12XT 600watt
