Re: Any UNISA students here?
Well, this comes as a pleasant surprise. I broke the news to my boss and my department head this week and they seem to be quite taken with the idea. The department head even said that I should send him the invoice, though
I would have to pay back the money should I fail EUP1501.

Re: Any UNISA students here?
I was talking to my department head this morning about my studies and what he thinks might be worth doing next year. He suggested learning a thing or two about websites as that might relieve some of the load off programmers when it comes to simple addition of content and fixing errors where no programming knowledge is required. What would I need to learn in order to do this effectively?
Thanks
Thanks

I am a UNISA student doing my BCOM informatics.
I suggest you really figure out what you want to do with the website before signing up for anything.

Thanks. I would just be helping out with the simpler housekeeping. Not making any decisions or designing anything. Is this something that can be learned on the job?

Re: Any UNISA students here?
I have contrived to forget my UBISA mail password and have subsequently managed to have my account blocked by Microsoft after having tried to log in too many times. VERRRRRY intelligent. Who wants to nominate me for you-know-what?

Congratulations, JollyJamma
@Nemo: For the module I am doing, we are required to use MyLife. Our assignments are sent there as well. I have heard nothing more from UNISA since calling them on Wednesday. I am calling them again this morning to find out why.

I'm still waiting for the results of my Vector Analysis exam. Wrote it on 13 May, no word from them since.

Re: Any UNISA students here?
Well I called the MyUNISA helpdesk, they took dowen my details and told me that they would forward them to some technical department.
Once they have some sort of answer for me, they will email me-or so they say.

Re: Any UNISA students here?
Congratulations for your other exams. [What else did you write?] Will they let you rewrite accounting, or do you have to redo it next year?
I am still waiting for UNISA to get back to me on the matter of my locked account. I contacted someone and asked her about it again yesterday. She said that technicians are still working on it.

Well now I can do my assignment. I have taken steps to ensure that this will not happen again, and slapped myself around for blocking my account by trying to log in too many times.
