Apple is being sued by iCloud Communications who claims damages and infringement since Apple's launch of the same name iCloud last week in San Francisco.
iCloud Communications wants Apple to stop using the iCloud name, and requesting Arizona district courts for profits made by Apple's iCloud so far.
The complaint filed by the Arizona-based company reads "The goods and services with which Apple intends to use the 'iCloud' mark are identical to or closely related to the goods and services that have been offered by iCloud Communications under the iCloud Marks since its formation in 2005."
Sounds like flimsy litigation based on almost groundless claims.

Dude, photo's don't look so great, but if you actually see it, it's awesome. Also doesn't show fingerprints like crazy, which is a huge issue on the black one...
So with the latest news that htc is shafting its Desire user base I am now going to join the sheeple community. Will also stop supporting htc/android products way to fragmented and no support from either end. Time for Apple to make money off of me...

White looks good ryan My girlfriend is getting an Iphone 4 end of this month. Anybody knows if Vodacom has stock of the white ones? They do advertise it on their site.
Not sure about JHB but some friends down here in CPT just got white ones from Vodacom. Definitely worth checking out, the white is really great in person.
I always said that I prefer the black, especially for viewing around the bezel, but after checking out a colleagues white iPad 2 I think it's white all the way for me.

Just played with one of these tonight. Buddy who works for Samsung upgraded his Galaxy Tab to the new 10.1 device. Really pretty cool. It's actually barely thicker than the the iPad 2 at all. It's just the rounded corners of the iPad 2 that gives it the impression of being thinner. The iPad feels a lot more solid though. But it's quite a nice device.

I took the image of his white iphone, pasted it on top of a demotivational with a silly modded car and edited the caption at the bottom to read: "Modded Cellphones - for people with more money than sense."
So Ryan felt this massive infringement of his picture copyright should be stopped dead in it's tracks. Good on you Ryan for standing up to this blatant misappropriation of your property.

By the way, I initially decided to get a new screen and back for my phone because it was scratched after it fell out of my pocket and onto concrete, so decided to change the colour while I was at it. If that's what you consider having more money than sense then that's your perogative. Do what you want with your money and I'll do the same with mine.

I actually paid R7K less than retail for my MBP and about R3K less for my iPhone, both brand new, making them cheaper than the competing products I could've bought.
I personally prefer the black iPhone, but yeah, the white looks pretty good
