Ubisoft announced yesterday that 2012 would see the launch of free-to-play Ghost Recon Online, a PC-only MMO modelled on the Ghost Recon series of tactical shooters. Existing MMO Age of Conan will also be offering a free-to-play model a little later this year, timed to coincide with the release of an upcoming Conan movie

I have uncapped so I could update those 10 gigs of patches easily. But do I really want to go back to an mmo that is so latency dependant?
