Google images problem anybody else out there?
hey guys... my google images search function isn't working like it should.... i search for images and only page 1 is displayed and there is no option to go to the next page or to show more results... i saw that there was an error on the page so double clicked it and here's what it says....
Message: HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)
dont really know what that means....??? so googled the error and found out that many other people are having this problem.... i just cant seem to find a fix for this and have moved over to yahoo image search for the time being as it works perfectly....
i dont have this problem with any web searches its just the image search....
anyone out there know of a fix....?

Re: Google images problem anybody else out there?
Agreed - browser damage is more likely the cause.
Re: Google images problem anybody else out there?

If I had chrome on my PC, I'd certainly format
Run IE in safemode?
What version of IE are you running?

Re: Google images problem anybody else out there?
I'm having the exact same problem at home and at work. On my work PC I use XP and IE8 and at home Windows 7 and IE9 and on both PC's I've never had an issue like this before. I first noticed this on Sunday and didn't think to much of it at that time.
I'm pretty confident the issue is not with your PC, so no need to format. If it was on only one of the two PC's I would have suspected a Windows update as the culprit, but at the moment I'm leaning towards the problem being with Google.

Careful if you uninstall chrome. It buggers outlook up
Check the MS website for a hotfix?

Re: Google images problem anybody else out there?
Don't use outlook but thanks so much for the heads up.... It seems to only be an issue on IE as far as I know... So we have established that chrome works, opera works and IE image searching isn't working on 3 pc's.... I wonder what it could be...

I experienced this once today on my iPad (Safari browser). Immediately switched to my desktop to check for the same search in FF4 and it worked fine. iPad has been working fine since then. Haven't tried on IE myself.
