Gigabyte Utility Software

Hey guys

I've recently bought a Gigabyte Odin GT 800W power supply with the Power Tuner Utility Software. I installed the software, and when I want to open the program, it said : " *** HARDWARE connect FAIL ***. Then I downloaded the latest version of Gigabyte's website (v 0.54) but it gave me the same error message. Could it be the 64 bit Vista? (Although support for it is stated on the website)

Google didn't help very much... :(

Some advice? Anyone had this prob?

Lol that's not the answer I was hoping for :( , but I send them an email, hopefully they'll reply.

try hwmonitor from cpu-id instead of gigabytes software :P

Thanks Firestorm, but got it right, there was something wrong with the usb connection from the psu...

I was going to say-it should work with the PSU regardless of mobo make.

Glad you got it sorted.
Soon Google will know everything...including how to divide by zero :(
