Hello TribbleCat,

You were banned for a violation of the Pushing Rules (Game Rules - Section 5).
It is not allowed for any account to obtain unfair profit out of a lower ranked account in a matter of resources.
Pushing is, but not only limited to, these examples: resources sent from a lower ranked account to a higher ranked one with nothing tangible in return, a player crashing his fleet into a higher ranked one for the higher ranked one to keep the Debris Field and thus profiting from it.
Trades must be completed within 48 hours.
For all exceptions (like ACS splits, bounties, recycling help...) a GameOperator needs to be informed via TicketSystem: http://support.ogame.org

Clarifications
After a pushing ban is over resources must be sent back to the player who pushed your account or otherwise returned as arranged with your GameOperator.

Trades that mean an unfair profit to the higher ranked player by falling outside the following range of ratios will be considered as Pushing cases:
3:2:1 Where each unit of deuterium is worth 2 units of crystal or 3 units of metal.
2:1:1 Where each unit of deuterium is worth 1 unit of crystal or 2 units of metal.

Only in Unis 1 to 20: 1,5:1:1 Where each unit of deuterium is worth 1 unit of crystal or 1,5 units of metal.

Moonchances: free moonshots are allowed but pushing rules apply, a higher ranked player may not keep a Debris Field created out of a lower ranked players fleet and care must be taken that the higher ranked player does not obtain a profit in resources out of it. A GameOperator needs to be informed if the lower ranked player intends to transport resources to the higher ranked one.

Recycling Help and ACS Splits: resources sent to a higher ranked player are only allowed after notifying a GameOperator before the transport takes place; there is no need to contact a GameOperator before sending recyclers.

Bounties/Headhunts: must be approved by a GameOperator before they happen and can only be paid for after the conditions of the bounty/headhunt have been fulfilled.

Note: If You expectedly or unexpectedly receive resources from a lower ranked player, you cannot keep them. Any pushing case will apply 48 hours after the resources are obtained. Within this time, the resources should be sent back to the player pushing you or an appropriate GameOperator should be contacted to arrange a solution.

I can't read your messages. But I see that you sent C:75k while he sent you a few shipments of M:~5k
The issue here is all trades must be completed within 48 hours. You sent the crystal at 1:03:18 server time on 31.3 which means that on 2.4 at 1:03:18 server time the trade needs to be done. However you received one more shipment of M:4.966 on 3.4 in violation of the pushing rules.

I was banned for 'having dual accounts' - myself and a colleague where playing behinc a static IP, and thats against their policies - guess I'll go back 2035 (thats how long the ban lasts for XD)

Antro, they ban players for that many years cause its a perma ban.

Your account will be deleted 40 days (if i remember correctly) after the day it got banned. That is, if the admins aren't lazy lol.

Thanks so much. Guess I will just have to ride it out and be more careful when trading next time.

Now because the idiot was late with his shipment - we are both banned. What happens when we are allowed back? I sent 75k crystal - and he sent about 10k metal (late). Does he have to send me the rest or can we just call it quits?
