Hoping the following happens:
1 - IW gets their royalties due from the case and full and exclusive rights to the MW name for franchises.
2 - EA who has nothing to do with any of this gets full rights to publishing all future Activision titles.
3 - Blizzard breaks free into its own company again with full rights to its own franchises before the Activision take over.
4 - Bobby Kotick is sentanced to a public execution that may be carried out by angry gamers world wide with their own flavour of justice...
