My q is, How do i know wich programs on my pc has auto use of my internet, l know that my anti virus should just go online and update, wich is cool, but how can i c a list of programs doing it and stop it if i have to.

My q is, How do i know wich programs on my pc has auto use of my internet, l know that my anti virus should just go online and update, wich is cool, but how can i c a list of programs doing it and stop it if i have to.

My guy, if you like can you smaak to download a program called NetLimiter
It are freeware, so you wont have to pay monies for the free version and it can sommer choon you all which stuffs are using your internet stukkend.
