Hi folks
Not sure if i should put this under software or under gaming, but here goes.....
Crysis works fine on my system, but when it comes to Cris warhead things dont work so well. It runs well for about 30min to an hour and then the glitches start, and then crashes. i waqnt to add that it is fully patched, as is Crysis, and Crysis runs perfectly without any issues on the same res as Warhead, but then things go downhill from there. what i did notice is that when running warhead, my GPU and CPU temps rise a LOT more than with crysis.
i have tried removing the drivers and reinstalling the latest version as well, even removing and reinstalling it.
any idea?

Sorry man, its a difficult one. What AV do you have? What happens when you disconnect from the internet before starting the game?

Re: Crysis Warhead Issues
Over time I have made peace with the fact that, no matter what you try, some games just refuse to run stable on a certain set of hardware. Buddy and myself have 100% similar PC at the core (mem, proc, mb, gfx, psu and OS), but his PC refuses to play Farcry2. It loads, he runs for about 5 mins around then it either freezes or exit by itself to the desktop.
We did everything short of changing the OS, on mine there is no issue, on his pc... no joy. Every other title he bought have absolutely no issues.

AV = Symantec Endpoint Protection
nothing happens when disconnected from ther internet, it just slows for a moment and then starts.

Re: Crysis Warhead Issues
Try lowering the settings and see if it still occurs. If it does then it must be software/the game if it doesnt occur then the hardware just cant handle those high levels. Also note that Crysis and warhead is running 2 different engines.
