Confused Icons [Solved]

Hi

Noticed today that some of my icons are looking strange.

For instance, my AVI videos has a little Internet Explorer icon in the lower right corner of the icon. PDF's have a little WoW icon etc etc. Can post pics later.

The files still open up right. No viruses or anything found. Is this a Windows 7 bug?

tried resetting/deleting the icon cache? (ShellIconCache)

Where is this file? Is it in the registry?
