What does the question " do you want to embed this video" mean, I see this on the Tube, there are videos there of doing underground location that I want?

To embed a video means to place it in somewhere. For example, I'm about to embed a youtube video into my post, right here:

That guy that used to mod cases. Now I take photos. True story.

so how do you embed it on your own machine? I thought it was just on a blog or website?
