We posted details of Tim Langdell’s Edge Games suing Electronic Arts some time ago for using the word ‘Edge’ in Mirror’s Edge. EA have hit back at Edge Game with a counterclaim that, surprisingly, details exactly what people may be thinking about copyright trolls everywhere. EA is saying that Langdell is making fraudulent representations to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Offices and that he has no intention of actually using his trademark save for litigation
