Electronic Arts, who some time ago bought a substantial portion of Ubisoft, are apparently now in the process of selling off some or all of the 14.8 percent it owns. EA had bought up stock in Ubi back in 2004/2005 in what was initially seen as an attempt to control the entire company

Huh I wonder why they are selling? Maybe they also disagree with Ubi's customer hating DRM? Which is weird because thats right up EA errmm alley?
