Audio slow

What can the reason/s be for audio playback that is slower than normal on any media player on my pc, even audio from Youtube?

Possibly a configuration or audio setting in your audio control panel?

Is it on-board sound?

Koko_lion had a thread about this. We both had the problem (or was it with just MP???) but I can't remember what the resolution was.

I'll do a quick search.

Yup. Mine was a driver issue after latest MS update.

Koko never reported fixing his though. :?

The client wanted a new laptop anyway and the old one got a full format/reinstall. Problem was fixed.

There was a serious amount of possible conflicting software I guess. The guy had about a dozen music making software install and all sorts of movie and music players all so.

But ya, format fix it :wink:
