Hi all
I am moving to the UK soon and I need to setup my dads 3G card to work on my machine but finding management software is hard.
I have emulated and install some windows software but its not picking up the device and wont connect.
I need to know if anyone knows of any apps that will work and allow me to add modems/devices and dial up?
I am using Fedora 12 with KDE (which rocks and is very pretty)
Any ideas? please I am leaving this Monday.

Re: 3G mobile software
Modem brand and model would be useful

Huawei E1550
Unlocked to use any network.
Linux picks it up and can see it plus the ROM build into the stick.

Re: 3G mobile software
Found a solution-eject the mounted application on the drive and the system then picks it up as a 3G card. manually create a 3G connection and it works 100%.
Excellent!
