Google Wave Invites!!

So, Google has just started throwing out invites to Wave, 100 000 invites to be exact. Despite signing up, twice, I didn't get one

So, if anyone has received such an invite, please DO send one my way too

I did sign up with Google, so if I do get into the program I would be willing to share my invites with fellow PC Format forum members

Man, I actually forgot about this thread. I've had a wave account for what must be about 3 weeks now

If you don't have any invites, I know of a source that has virtually unlimited invites - Twitter. Seriously. I went hunting for an invite on twitter, and I found one in a few seconds, a day later I was on wave

I waited and waited to get one, then once I did I think I was in Wave for about 5 minutes and never since. Not sure the point as yet...

Yeah, someone needs to explain to me exactly what this thing is supposed to mean in my life.

Watch the video tutorial - it is not as boring as usual video tutorials.

Wave is a good concept for collaboration and communication over a widespread geographical area. Timelines, media sharing, real-time updates etc.

For the average spammer, it's not really useful at this stage of development.

Also, remember that Wave is still in early Beta so there are still issues that are being ironed out.
