I need to know what machinary I need to cut out shapes in my case and how I actually go about doing it without destroying the panel I'm using?
My patern isn't too detailed, but I'd rather do it myself.
Can you get UV reactive paint in multiple colours.
I want to have a patern in the glass or perspex window like and indentation, but I don't know where to go to get it done. Any suggestions?

You should use a dremmel. It is basically a high speed drill and it will not stuff up your case if you use it carefully. And yes you can get UV pain in different colours. As for the pattern you would probably be better off buying a etched window or a etch sticker than trying to etch your own. You can buy them at modshop.co.za
