Opportunity for the self-employed web developers out there:
TENDER DETAILS
• Reference: ECSECC Website
• Date posted: 02 November 2009
• Closing date: 16 November 2009
• Document: download now (624 KB)

The Eastern Cape Socio-Economic Consultative Council (ECSECC) was established in 1995 as a multi-stakeholder council to advise the provincial government on improving service delivery and to create a common platform for debate between the various development communities of the Eastern Cape. ECSECC is a Schedule 3 Public Entity reporting to the Office of the Premier. As a multi-stakeholder organization, ECSECC’s board has representation from Provincial Government, Local Government, organised Business, organised Labour, organised NGOs and Institutions of Higher Learning in the Eastern Cape.

ECSECC has reviewed its Website and has concluded that it does not meet all of ECSECC’s future needs. ECSECC is thus seeking the services of a website developer to replace its current website.

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

That looks like something maxxis needs, wonder if he saw this thread...

Saw the thread.

Not interesting in spending all that time preparing tender documents etc.

Chances of a freelance designer getting the bid is also very slim.
