automatic downloading help

Hi Guys

My dad has an iburst account and every time he connects to the net it looks like hes downloding something automatically. If i view his network status the received is going up pretty quick and he de doesn't have a large amount of cap. I checked everything, windows auto updates, antivirus are are all turned off. Checked all his other programs and all automatically updates are turned off.

I ran netstat and cant see anything there accept for ibursts ip address.

Is there a way i can see what is downloading. He is running XP home

You can install software like Netlimiter that will show which applications are uploading and downloading data...
