Online meeting software

Can anyone recommend online meeting software? I'd prefer something that would allow local attendees to dial in using SA phone number.

One of our suppliers uses Webex and that works very well.

Webex is too expensive but that is basically the features we need... voice, video, presentations, desktop sharing
