Bit Defender 2009 IS

Hey guys my BD is giving me some trouble it has done this before then a few uninstalls usually fixed this but not this time :angry4: it says the vsserv.exe not responding jad jad do you guys have any ideas how to fix this?

it's done this before, requiring a few uninstalls, and you STILL use it? :shock:

a thumbsuck would say go to their site and find a complete removal tool. most avs don't remove completely through a simple windows add/remove programs process, or even with the built-in uninstall feature. you'll probably find somewhere that you can download a small app to completely remove it before installing it again.

or, better, installing a different av.

LOL i always used the uninstall toll they provide from the site...and it did it only used to do it after a system restore :cry: but any way i didn't want to waste that cash i used to get it but i downloaded TS for the next month(when my license is expired) and then ill think about if i should get another one if TS messz up...
