Failbook now supporting text messages in SA

Vodacom only? There's no reason for them not to send to the other networks if they're using a remotely decent WASP.

On the good side, it means I won't be annoyed considering I'm on MTN. :wink:

Doesn't seem to cost anything. I just tested it now and it didn't cost me anything. Doesn't make much sense, so it should be tested further.

Well, after receiving about 10-15 messages from facebook today, I haven't been charged a cent.

I left it on default settings though, and received far too many notifications. Need to adjust my settings :P

the cellular service providers have been ripping us off for years, i don't see how this would suddenly change :P

Only for Vodacom? How many people are going to get Vodacom simcards now that there's this option?
