but remember Ichigo was already quite worn down when he started fighting against 5th... also Ichigo still has his "weakness" of caring for others which affected his fight against 5th...

also think Ichigo would still give Kenpachi a run for his money I mean if he gave him a hard time when he was still "young"...

also as Raud said, remember Ichigo knew the meaning of his Zanpakutou while Kenpachi always defied his... yes old man Zangetsu is no more, but Ichigo unlike Kenpachi used to do, never just relied on his own strength... instead he worked with the Zanpakutou which Kenpachi also seems to start doing now...

btw in regards to the anime eps: actually enjoy it seeing the history and how things were before we actually knew anything bout the Vizards...

But he already had a hard time with the 6th, he only had sudden bursts of power... that is 1-3secs

Not as long as it is going now... Ichigo looks quite afraid of Kenpachi's power. Well he is nuts though

The Vizard is quite mean... which doesn't make sense as well. I forgot his name but the guy with the big smile... He was WAY stronger than Aizen (well, he was his captain) and later got his mask... so he is able to beat Aizen easily... But we will have to see if they will even fight.

Spoiler (show): Who was the killer that killed Kensei and all those other people? This was in 209 at the end. This person had that ability to make everything go black and it seems you lose senses inside it

yeah most definitely...

I like him also cause he doesn't over analyze his fighting situations... yes analyzing helps defeat your opponent, but man sometimes Ishida's battles become boring with him trying to explain every move his opponent makes...

he is also the rebel captain who is less formal than most captains...

overall he just has that laid back "battle-ogre" look...

would love to see him "grow" and use a bankai... that would be 1 seriously mean weapon I recon...

why you say that VQ? did they give a preview at the end of the ep?

Spoiler (show): has you wondering how strong Aizen was back then already to scare Tousen for one and to deflect that Kidou corps captain's attack so easily. also makes you wonder at what is to come from Urahara with him knowing so early about hollofication and what he has been researching in order to counter it. glad to see the Vizards also coming into a bit of screenplay.

I can't remember the exact wording of the stuff Ichigo-chan says in the preview part.
And I erased the images from my brain.

What I DO remember is that it made me feel a brief moment of hatred.

I think this means I heard and saw something that sounded like fillers in the preview.

The anime is a bit close to the manga. Yes, I know the current anime arc was in the manga a while back, but remember the fights do go quite fast and will eat the manga chapters quite fast.

At least Bleach doesn't use that much filler (Naruto wink wink). Whatever they decide to do to stretch time, be it speeches or big fight scenes, anything is better than Pesche!!!

Anyhow, does anyone have an idea of when Bleach will end?
I have my money on when Ichigo defeats Aizen.

not likely this is anime that will continue until people get bored of it....think dragon ball z..had this continued there would have been super saiyan 5 and on..

well if you think bout it, DBGT was not really even done by the original creator/writer of DB and DBZ. (or so I read)

I too think, and I am sure many if not all hope, that it would end when Ichigo fights Aizen. we really do not want another spin-off of the "maiden in distress" routine which we have seen twice now.

not likely this is anime that will continue until people get bored of it

there I think this anime should have stopped along time ago then, cause many got bored already when fillers started to appear.

True.
Unfortunately the story of Bleach doesn't have any 'real' value after the likely event of Ichigo defeating Aizen. (with Ichigo finally lasting a fight I might add...).

Possibilities exist that an arc with Ichigo and Ishida's fathers might come into play.
I'd love to see a serious battle between Ichigo and Zaraki!

To honest though, the story have been building up to end in a major climax. If there is more to tell we will see OVA's or movies.

---> For the time being, we have a couple of episodes to go before the fights start again! Jippeeee!
