Question for (what month is it again?) March PCF
There is nothing quite as sweet as a decent kill streak. In a game environment of course. With that in mind
The question for March is...

Empire Total War
Warhammer: Dawn of War II
Tom Clancy's HAWX
Tom Clancy's EndWar
Those are the games that have release dates for 2009 and I am waiting for.
D3 and SC2 have no release date yet but if they do come out in 2009 then add them in.

Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2, from what I can see are the only ones worth waiting for. The rest is merely flack in the fray .

Re: Question for (what month is it again?) March PCF
I assume we are just talking PC games, in which case everything is pretty much eclipsed by Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2. However, I would totally buy an Xbox360 just to play Resident Evil 5...
Re: Question for (what month is it again?) March PCF
Diablo 3 if it's release this year.
also F.E.A.R 2 and Resident Evil 5

They still make flying games? Wow - really? Just joking - I am useless at flying planes but can manage a spaceship or two. Nope - rpgs and fpses are what interest me.Anakha56 wrote:I see so far I am the only wanting the jet fighter game. You lot disappoint me .

Re: Question for (what month is it again?) March PCF
Some research brought me upon these that look REALLY promising. So I will add them to my MUST-BUY list.
Prototype
Prototype
WolfensteinAn open-world game set in New York starring a shapeshifting man who can copy the appearance, skills, and powers of anyone he comes across.
Alpha Protocolid software is executive producing a next gen Wolfenstein game.
Sega and Obsidian are reteaming for this role-playing game that eschews sci-fi and fantasy for a Bourne Identity-like world of high-tech espionage.
Re: Question for (what month is it again?) March PCF
Although faced with another year of Fifa's, Tiger Wood's, Rugby and endless cheap movie-based games with bad ports, I do hold some faith for the likings of Bioshock 2, Dragon Age and Saint's Row 2. Further into the future of '09 will be Diablo 3, Starcraft 2 and Mafia 2.
Also being released which doesn't interest me but which will sell a ton will be the Sims 3. And a game I am really looking forward to is the open source Black Mesa, an overall of the original Half-Life in modern graphics to put Source to shame!

The game that everyone seems to have forgotten which is still in the works... it is none other than Prey2. If that doesn't make it this year then Bioshock2 will just have to do it.
