Fairly old worm but seems to be working rather well . .

From what i can see is its difficuilt for them to trace and get a static variant, what it a variant?
Is it like a definition , Hash check or MD5 checksum ?

What dont they collect all the domain names its generating, then pick a generated name, register the hostname and have a HTTP server listening then wait untill some incefted pc connect to it and monitor the requests to detirmine what file download its looking for.

Once they have that they can intercept it by hosting a same file but its not the virus instead its a cure,that destroys the virus, and they will cure the 9m infected computers one shot! :-)

Imagine if you could have a similair virus that accesses your google adds emulating a click!
