Windows 7 RC1 Install Error 0x80070570

and i have install errors

I've downloaded the X86 version of the 7000 build. Trying to install, it gets to Expanding files 51%, then I get the Windows error pop-up (missing/corrupt files,,yadda yadda)

I thought it was the disc so i reburnt, then re-downloaded the iso.... same error everytime

help?

and yes i have googled.... no solutions.... i have tried burning at slower speeds on different discs.

Did you install on another machine with the same disc or image succesfully?Just asking .If you did then its not a crap image.

no, but i have dl to diff img's from 2 diff sites.... one from msdn the other from technet

Do you perhaps have a site where I can download drivers for windows 7 if there is one? And is there a software compatibility list from M$?

Dude odd question but are you running a frsh install or upgrading from vista sp1 ?

You can use Vistas drivers.Their still compatible.http://forums.pcformat.co.za/viewtopic. ... 1&start=15<Synth posted it in this thread.

Totally fresh install

Try another machine if you have one.If it doesnt work theres something wrong with the image.

Know your gonna hate me for saying this but try the upgrade option on a vista sp1 machine. the beta is suppose to be an upgrade package not a full install.
