Where to host your website! This is important!

Post by Johanvv »

Hi,

Most people ask where should they get the best low cost website hosting for their websites but let me inform everyone who reads this message:

It is not about who your website host is or how high / low the price is!

I've recently discovered a really nice website host I would like to inform everyone about! This is a local business in South Africa providing the website hosting a near cost price to South Africa and they also provide you with software where you can install a website similar to this one from PCFormat in seconds! Yes it is available in seconds.

I really recommend that everyone should visit: http://www.[removed advertising].co.za for all their hosting needs!

They even provide free .za.net domain names and .com / .net domain names for R95.00 which is the lowest in South Africa I know of!

Thank you for reading this message!

Ok, this guy is a nutcase - his site looks trash aswell. Can one of the mods delete the actual link component of his advert (the hyperlink still works) - I would hate to see him getting business from PCF :(

Guys this is pretty much old news. Things have been sorted out and everything is fine now.

We are hosted by Hetzner and I have never had a problem with them at all. The service is brilliant. If I ever have an issue it gets dealt with immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.
Bandwidth wise, we are running on a shared server. You can read about their options at http://www.hetzner.co.za, this is taken from their site:
Cape Town, South Africa: Connected to UUNET's 100 Mbit infrastructure.
Nuernberg, Germany: Connected to 4 x 1 GBit (Nefkom, Lambdanet, Noris Network, KPN-Eurorings)!
