Email number of visits HELP!

How can I email my visits through a HTML form? I am using a CGI counter located at www.statsmachine.com and I am using JavaScript to display the counter. Can anyone help? The counter should just display the information in a HTML form (I do not need to automaticaly email the count). Please HELP!!! :cry:
