I downloaded a nice wallpaper from a site, but it would appear that another picture (it just doesn't fit in, that's why i wana remove it) was pasted onto it.
Here is the picture:
And in explorer the picture's thumbnail looks like this:
Clearly the biker girl was just pasted in.
So is it possible to remove that extra image?

If it's just a jpeg, no. If it was a PSD file or something like that, then you'd be able to, but jpegs are flattened images, i.e. all the layers are now ONE.
That guy that used to mod cases. Now I take photos. True story.

What game is the original wallpaper from? It has the GameWallpapers.com name in the corner there. If you know the game, just go to GameWallpapers.com and search for it again.
