Internet Explorer won't Work :!:

I have recently tried the MSN Explorer program which you get with XP (I prefere IE from this). Now when I try to use Internet Explorer, the "The page cannot be displayed" error page comes up and I can't do anything even tho I'm online and my connection is working

Anyone got any help???

Have you tried reinstalling IE?

Try deleting all cookies and temp internet files.Also run AD Aware.

Had the same problems a few months ago and ad aware sorted it out for me

I had a similar problem ages ago but that was related to the PC trying to connect to the net through my LAN connection. If it is this just check the internet option is set to "automatically detect setting" and that you connection is set to "Always dial my default connection".

Try another browser and see if it also gives problems. If it does you know it is not IE that is at fault.
