omikron... with david bowie?..StarPhoenix wrote:"The Nomad Soul"?
excellent game....
another MDK would be great... although i preferred the humour in the first one... the second degenerated into fart jokes and toilet humour...

I would love to see that too! Although you can get a glimpse of what it would look like here, if it were to be done.DrunkenMonki wrote:Final Fantasy 7!!! The original, not more prequals or sequals plz!!
HELL YES! System Shock 2 would be awesome, if it were done right. I can just imagine how much more eerie the atmopsphere would become if it used something like CryEngine 2!juDge wrote:System Shock 2 and Knights of the old Republic 2....cany improve these games in gameplay because they are superb already but it would be nice to em running in crysis graphics
I beg to differ; there's Tomb Raider: Anniversary, which IMO is an excellent conversion of the original and I'm enjoying it thoroughly.Chermobil wrote:its a bit like saying : which favourite actor/actress would you like to have ported to a cgi movie? lol
You won't ever see a resemblance of your favourite game so no use wishing for a conversion. Rather wish for a company like bullfrog to come to existance again.. imo
I have Half-Life: Source and it's not as exciting as you may think, in fact I don't see any remastering at all? It just looks like the old levels being rendered by the Source engine.Jonboy wrote:Oh ja, I forgot about that! I've never been able to play it as I think it was only available as part of the Orange Box which I didn't get because of the whole STEAM thing and my lack of a broadband connection...Ron2K wrote:AFAIK, you can. Search for "Half Life: Source".Jonboy wrote:I would love to play the original half-life with the HL2 engine.
Here's a screenie to see what I mean:

I'm thinking Diablo should be left alone unless they make a DRASTIC overhaul of the dynamic, but then it wouldn't be Diablo I suppose. I say that because I played Titan Quest which was a great Diablo clone on a modern engine and I got bored of it so quickly. I think the problem comes with the evolution of games which give so much variety in the gameplay.SoulBlade wrote:I hope Diablo III is isometric.

Anyway, for fear of wondering OT, I would love to see Baldur's Gate 2 in the Oblivion engine, FP perspective.

When? Where? There are some new Quest for Glory titles
I am not aware of any new QFG titles being produced after QFG V.
I agree with Jonboy. Titan Quest ain't got no soul.

And Hellgate London wasn't great either. Story was good but got boring quickly. Insanely mashing the mouse and filling tons and tons of bad guys has somehow lost it's appeal.Kronos wrote:Hellgate: London = Diablo IIISoulBlade wrote:I hope Diablo III is isometric.

Same developers, totally different game. They should make a proper sequel to Diablo II.Kronos wrote:Hellgate: London = Diablo IIISoulBlade wrote:I hope Diablo III is isometric.

I found the colours were a bit bright, I ended up with a head ache after 10 minutes of playing this... or maybe it was because I only played it when I was sick... not sure nowAcidkidsa wrote:I dont think it was weird... I can't remember many of the old games I played.

Deus Ex 3 is in development at the moment. There is a trailer out, but no gameplay movies the last time I checked, which was about 3 months ago.GreyWolf wrote:deus ex - although I would prefer a proper sequel
