Your favourite Android, WinMo and Symbian Apps
So I am curious to see what people favourite android applications are. (Win Mo too and Symbian to a much lesser extent, but its pointless starting 3 separate threads)
Here's one I am interested in

Re: Your favourite Android, WinMo and Symbian Apps
you should also add iPhone apps to the list.
Shazam on Android, its basically SE's Track ID with a few extra features.
Layar on Android
Any of the lightsaber apps. nothing beats pretending you are Luke Skywalker

Lol. Except that assuming my friends have it installed, or a similar one, we'll be able to have cellphone battles in calculus.

Re: Your favourite Android, WinMo and Symbian Apps
Do you want me to compile a Global list in the first post?
Recommendations on a decent IM program for Android? I run gtalk and MSN and I also have a yahoo account.

Use either Meebo (it's an app)Prime wrote:Do you want me to compile a Global list in the first post?

or Ebuddy.
Meebo is superior however.

Meebo works really well.
Got opera mini working. It's in the apps store which is also working fine for any free apps.

Re: Your favourite Android, WinMo and Symbian Apps
Opera Mini isn't as useful as the main browser however (not to mention constantly having to push "menu"),
but if you're trying to save bandwidth - it's awesome.
another favourite:
-Twitdroid
Damn near the best Twitter app I've ever used.

Main Browser works fine but i'll need something light when i am not on wifi Apparently opera mini 5 should be better (4.2 is said to be horrendously buggy) I'll be curious to see how much is left of my data bundle at the end of the monthM1ke wrote:Opera Mini isn't as useful as the main browser however (not to mention constantly having to push "menu"),

Yeah. While Peep's widget is awesome, the app is nowhere near as great as compared to Twitdroid.KillerByte wrote:yeah Twidroid is the best twitter app that I have found. just wish it would have a home screen widget like peep.
