just made a webcomic! :D
hey guys! i'm new to the pc format forum but have been lurking behind in the shadows now and then...like a ninja or something.
anyways i wanted to see what you guys think of me new webcomic, called http://nibbleslife.webs.com/ (hey, local too ). i think this is the right section to post? also please tell me what you think of the way the comic is drawn (good enough? not?). unfortunately i'm not skilled in photoshop etc, but been messing around with ms paint my whole life haha.
please note this comic is not for kids tho (oO)
thanks guys!

That Fark-Guy on a date comic was WinRAR!
Re: just made a webcomic! :D
I like them.
I would look at changing the site so they are:
a) Easier to find
b) Easier to view
You should be able to click on the comic and have it open as a large image...
http://www.explosm.net/comics/1770/
That's a decent example of making it easy for the audience to view the comic.

-<Blatz_ztalB>-, No problemo man. I like it, I just find it difficult to see the comics (Had to zoom in a lot to get the comics to a viewable size).

Re: just made a webcomic! :D
oh eish i see. did u try click on the view full size button? hmm i must make those changes then
Re: just made a webcomic! :D
No I didn't. How about this - whatever code is used for the "View Full Size" button,. just apply the same to the image? That way if someone clicks on it they get the full size image without having to open the comic, then go full size? As it is now, clicking on the comic skips to the next one - isn't that what "NEXT" buttons are for?
I'm not complaining man, I'm just offering my opinion. That said, I've never made a website and my "design" ideas may be faulty - maybe get some input from those in the know, but my feel as a viewer is "this is cumbersome."

Re: just made a webcomic! :D
no worries no offense taken or anything!
haha i really like your suggestions, but ai i'm super restricted coz im currently using a free web host site and then they give you a whole bunch of templates with not much in terms of options. maybe there is an option where i dont have to use the templates, but i havent found it yet. but yeah it is pretty tiring to do view full size every time :/ just please bear with it for a while (^^)

"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.

actually, in the years when... when the old crowd (Hawk, Barbbie, Lance, Thrall) were around and we hung out on mIRC, Hawk made the most hilarious webcom of us.... those were the good days when fun were still fun, and the toughest brand of sarcasm won the lottery instead of starting a flame...
now i mostly hang out here and here but be warned not for the faint of heart :3~~
