The link to the pic that's in your post seems to be broken.
At work I get 844 down and 209 up with 77ms latency, but bear in mind that the connection is shared with 15 other people. If I was to come in at around 2 in the morning, I would probably get better results.
I'll run the test again when I get home and compare.

LOL, no you don't want this connection, I work for a bank and there are only a few select websites we can visit through our army of firewalls and proxies.
