I have the tedious task of printing hundreds of documents to PDF and then searching for them to attach to email. I am looking for a solution to streamline it, so I use NitroPDF printer to save the docs and then open up the default application which I have set to be Outlook. This immediately attaches my document to an email
Problem is, if anyone else on the workstation tries to open a PDF it fires up Outlook and causes confusion and sometimes drama. So my question, is there another PDF creator that can "print" any document to PDF and attach it to email in one go?

Re: PDF Emailer
Why not just do a mail merge through Word and send to email addresses through Outlook?
Re: PDF Emailer
Forgot to mention I print the PDFs from a very old Quickbooks application. The emailing function doesn't work anymore that's why I have to use a PDF creator. So unfortunately no mail merge is possible..

Re: PDF Emailer
You can insert the PDF document into a word document and then merge it.
