Depends what time you call them if you call them after 6 in the evening you are gauranteed to wait for 60 minutes plus, if you phone during business hours its usually 20 minutes but that doesn't mean the person who answers knows what they doing or will even help you.

Awww good old floppies, the only realy good use i have for them is as a coaster on my desk at home other than that i haven't used them for awhile now, flash disks and cd's have destroyed the need for floppies.

Right i run that and then get the following error message:

1) My double click works everywhere exept when i am double clicking to open one of my hard drives or devices under "My Computer" i double click on my computer on the desktop and it opens. I can only access my hard drives by right clicking and selecting open then the drive opens up. Also if...

I have a weird error on a windows xp machine running service pack 2. That when i am in "My Computer" and double click on any device listed there that it does nothing but when i right click and select open it only opens, any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
