I have just completed a sleepless night trying to finish a seminar, with the aid of that vile stuff- bioplus. Godam work sucks! I dont know how I am going to make it through today now!
 
 Sorry I just had to share my woes.

The stuff helps me to keep going too and its
 great for a quick wake-up(3 am in the morning, type of thing)

The stuff is great just be careful not to over-dose. I did the night before an exam (yeah, left it for the night before) and was on quite a buzz. It wasn´t pretty

a little more expensive but MUCH more effective is herbalife´s Termojetics that contains gurana. more sustained and youre not jumpy the next day.
