Every life is a gift to be treated with gratitude and respect
"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.

Tribbs could not find the love thread but i found this while aimlessly dribbling all over the innerwebs
A true soul mate is probably the most important person you’ll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah. Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave. A soul mate’s purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, and make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life.

I have my soul mate. Can't say I agree with all of that though. And if they were to reveal another layer - I really don't like that. Or should I say - I don't like the layers that have been revealed. I was much nicer and happier without them. Life was definitely much easier without these additional layers. And the addictions - I really didn't need to know about them either. Not all of them are as harmless as the PCF one.

And as for breaking the heart open - it has instead turned to stone lol. Ah anyway - that was just one person's opinion.

A big and famous Samurai had won many battles for his Lord during the years. One day he lost his first battle.

Discouraged, full of anger with himself and the rest of the world, he wanted to take his own life of which he felt it was worth nothing. He rode along the dusty roads, thinking about how he could leave for the hereafter in the most cruel and striking way.
Suddenly there was a little sparrow lying on his back, stretching both his feet into the air.

The Samurai, being interrupted in his thinking, stopped and yelled at the sparrow:
"Make way, you unworthy piece of bird"
The sparrow replied in a smart way: "No I won't. I have a very big task to fulfill".
The Samurai, very surprised and astonished about sparrow's self assured answer, dismounted his horse, bend forward to the sparrow and said: "Tell me, what is so important, that you won't go out of my way?"

"Oh", the sparrow answered, "they told me, that today The Heaven will fall on The Earth and here I lie to catch it with my feet"
When the Samurai heard this, he started to laugh and could hardly stop it. He yelled exploding with laughter:"What? You little feather ball, you want to catch The Heaven with your thin legs?"

The little sparrow repeated quietly and clearly:
"Well one does what one can!"

Oh wow - I have never seen two bodies move like that. Beautiful how they are so in tune with one another.
