Well if there are open positions that our dear webmaster would like to open up I am sure that he will hold another vote and then when he is voted for he will get onto a short list and then we discuss every candidate in detail and in private. We see how good you have been and sometimes even at how well a person has handled a situation where he may have become under fire from other members. It is all called diffusing situations and helping people.
