Just got a 7900gs Benched it @ 600/1700mhz
3D Mark 2005 : 10012 not bad for a single card
Going to try clock it to 625/1800mhz next

I'm betting that in your system my GFX will get over 12K

lol...I'm sure it will
I was planning on buying x1900gt, but no Wholesaler had stock atm,so had to get 7900gs
Not bad though, but I'm sure your card would have performed much betta
BTW got my card to bench at 600/1850mhz
3D Mark 2005 : 10300
NB: I Am running core 2 duo @ 2.6ghz
Not sure if the card can go higher, not going to try coz this is high enough for me
I was hoping for it to Outbench a 7800gtx and I see it does pretty easily so I am happy

As long as you can play games nicely, and are happy, benchmarks doesn't matter.

WOW Nice clocks on the card
Try beat my 12k
I have a 6400 @ 3.2 though...

jPm that's a great score.
Know that your card out benched the 7800GTX because what you lacked in pixel units (4 exactly and 1 Vertex unit) you made up for in clock speed. 7800GTX 256MB only has 430MHz core and 1200Mhz memory. So on shader fill-rate, texture fill-rate and memory bandwidth you have 13.2GP/sec vs 10.3GP/sec on the GTX and the bandwidth advantage is obvious.
Not that this info is necessary, but it's good to know, why you get a score compared to another GFX card for the same PC. Saves you from wondering too much
Great score though, I remember when I thought 4.8K was good on 05 :/ Now you got more than 2X that with half the effort!

I was I am happy it benched that well, was a little sceptical when I purhcased it, btw I34z1k, wot card you running, I'm not sure howmuch more I can clock my pc, maybe to 2.7ghz and I can try raising gfx speeds, but that will gimme 500 at most

Wow...that's the Mother Of the 7-series...Will see wot I can do, but doubt I'll get to 12k, will maybe get to 11K if the card is in a fridge...LOL
But I'm actually impressed that it went that far...1500 away from 7900gtx, is good for a card that R1900
