Patience : a virtue?

Its with great trepidation that I have been reading some of the posts that has lately appeared on the forum. Oh yes, there should be freedom of speech, and people should be free to voice opinions. But I will have to admit to being a blond in disguise, and that some of the "opinions" have not been anything that you could learn from.

Do you guys know what Batho Pele is? Its about service delivery and putting people first. Many of you are dealing with the public, I hear your moans, I hear you cry out for this forum and other things to "happen" and if you read this you will say " there, they should attend to me!".

But so seldom the "customer" out there look at the service provider and see the tremendous pressures they are working under, the shortage of staff, the many other things that goes into making the "end product" acceptable to all.

Why am I voicing all of this... perhaps some of you would rather take things private before you open your incredibly loud mandibles and shout hurful things to others. Always remember that if you cannot get things right the first time, there are always others (and other ways!!!!!) that you can contact to ask for guidance.

What is my plea.... there are a few people around that is actually irritating the hell out of me, a feat that normally takes a lot......

but more than ever, if you cannot find help from one person, use the PM service or the e-mails and get the person (or some other person with a slight bit more time)'s attention. And if you want to be nasty.... do it some place else...... :stern:

Lets play and have fun, but not make others that come here feel uncomfortable because we are total a**holes!

errrrrrr doc .... how ever nice that sounds ...... some of us suffer from sevear lack of sleep and thus end up in places with padded cells .... as for sunny days ... i have no idea .... i haven't seen the sun in weeks .... so i'll take your word for it .

okay so down to the point of this posting .... would the tension relife you speak about include or exclude the .... slow painfull torture of lazy work colueges.

Grumpy, I think that the first thing you should do is change your name to "Happy"

After all Grumpy got nothing and hence his name which is synonymous with failure and a poor demeanour! This alone will have a positive influence on your life. Do not allow feelings of inferior self esteem influence your life!
