I never believe anything Telkom says, they probably bulldozed the lines again by accident, anyway some redundancy would be nice

Oh well they have redundancy but it is in the way they operate. They have one paper trail in order to get to another paper trail. Then they have a paper trail just to manage the correlation between those papertrails. And in the end of the day after about 6 months you get your info and all you wanted was a damn quote.

Seems like this happened again. International sites are massivly slow at the moment.
Anybody else seeing this?

Yeah, welcome to Hellkom, i've posted this joke in the jokes session but i gotta post it here, it is very relevant to the problem :
News extract :
