okay it been done, but ill try it a bit different

PLease only post youre 3DMARK2001, score with the card u use and the processor. i am just trying to find out the average scores of cards today(research). please dont post anythig else except

3D Mark 2001: 14100

Pixelview 128mb FX 5900 @ stock clocks

AMD 2600+ @2800+ on a KT 600 motherboard.

In order for this test to be fair, I think the motherboard chipset should also be included, as my score is seriously hampered by that KT 600. Bring on the 3D Mark 2003, and then we will see.

its not a test its just a research project, a few points arn`t gonna make a diff for what i am trying to do. so please just let the scores come in.

I am just stating that the card's abilities are not shown 100% with this chipset. This card gets in the region of 15500-16500 on an nforce 2 chipset motherboard. And 3000 points is not:

a few points

3000 points? that's about my score!

will some users with rig`s like that please post their scores, so we can see the diff.

this is part of why iam doing this research. to see what works best. if you have gotten a much better score with another board post it please, but i find it hard to swallow that a mobo can make such a big diff.

3000 points is not a few points! My score difference between a friendds is 400 points and trust me, the different in speed is very clear!
