Hi

My mother and brother have been unable to watch Netflix since yesterday. When they try to go online, they get the following message:

"Resource [proxy server] is online but isn't responding to connection attempts."

What needs to be done to fix this?

Assuming Windows 10:

Settings => Network & Internet => Proxy. Turn that ***** off and retry.

If that doesn't work, try Google DNS. I think.

Proxy server was already turned off. I'll look into the Google DNS thing. Thanks, Kalster.
